Our payroll bureau services can be designed to match your business requirements and start from as little as £1.80 per person per pay run.  Our standard service provides all of the basics to get you started.  We then provide a series of optional add-ons which you can choose if you believe that your business would benefit from them.

Our Standard Package

Our entry level package includes the following and is configured to give you everything go get the payroll process set up and running in accordance with your business needs.  The following are our standard features:

• Processing payroll either monthly, four weekly or two weekly
• Production and delivery of payslips to you for distribution to staff
• Production of standard monthly reports for management information, Inland Revenue and entry into your accounting software
• Processing of P45 & P46 as required
• Agent service - HMRC inform us directly of any tax code changes for employees
• Year-end online processing (includes P11, P14 and P60's)
• Monitoring of annual leave for each member of staff
• Advice and support of payroll related issues
• Your own dedicated Personal Client Relationship Manager
• Regular reviews with our clients to evaluate our service
• Up to four free re-runs of payroll every year*

Optional Extras

Payslips Issued Direct to Employees

Whilst our standard service provides you with printed payslips for you to give to staff, we can send pay slips direct to staff either through the post or through email depending upon your preference.

Pay Re-run Unlimited Insurance

Our standard service allows up to four re-runs in case of errors made in the data being given to us. As additional re-runs are charged for, you can choose to pay a small additional fee so that we can provide you with an unlimited number of re-runs throughout the year.
